Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on door - Fire Code violation. The cover used for Lockdown should not be a permanent fixture on the door. It should be close to the door and at the ready.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
