Health & Safety Issue Details	Advised a clear and efficient path be made available to access safety equipment such as the fire extinguisher or phone to call for help.

Corrective Action	Principal or Caretaker to investigate the concerns. If further action is required, contact your Facility Team Leader or Regional OH&S Officer.
