Health & Safety Issue Details	Office 4 has a multiport in use. The use of multiports can cause breakers to overload. Since there's only two cords plugged in, the simple fix is to just remove the multiport.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	The item listed has been flagged to the staff that are regular users of this space and/or have some leadership for the area.Remedies have been shared and directions to have them resolved were given. Any outstanding notifications will be submitted by the caretaking team.
