Health & Safety Issue Details	There does not appear to be any indication on fume hood regarding a testing and retesting date. Usually there will be a sticker on the fume hood indicating such. If the fume hood is not in use, signage will need to be posted to indicate this.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for equipment to be inspected as outlined by TDSB Policy or required Legislation.
