Health & Safety Issue Details	The air filter mechanism requires review as the ventilation in the room is not operating properly.

Corrective Action	Caretaker to take corrective action, repair or generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	VAV unit and filter in the room has been checked. BAS temp settings have also been checked. All Ok. The room does not have any blinds which may lead to hot temp. Notification put in for blinds to be installed.
