Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring. Notice for Principal: Please remind staff that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring, and if there's no other choice but to use them throughout the day, they will need to be unplugged at the end of each working day. Or, the extension cord could be replaced with a long powerbar with surge protection. Also, the cord and cord cover is under the carpet. This creates an invisible trip hazard. It's always best to have the cover where it can be seen which in this case would be on top of the carpet.
