Health & Safety Issue Details	See photo. Outlets from backflow and others in boiler room not directly connected to drain and leading to pooling of water. Head Caretaker indicated it might be connected to City of Toronto work being done on drainage adjacent to the building.

Corrective Action Taken	no action taken until parking lot construction to deal with school flooding is complete as i believe the parking lot drain construction to be the cause of small leak in boiler room // put in a notification to have it looked at (02.07.2025)
