Corrective Action Taken	incorrect placement of date due to no new tags so i am forced to write where ever I can. the date was recorded on the back of the tag in the electrical room. i re-wrote it on the right side(the front) and spoke to the FTL and was advised the MTL will some guys over to inspect and replace tags.
