Health & Safety Issue Details	Area rug is frayed and presents as a trip hazard along perimeter. Please see attached photo. To mitigate risk, removal or replacement suggested if not able to repair. Carpet is very old and has not been shampooed since March 2023 - carpeting is utilized on a daily basis for kindergarten.
