Health & Safety Issue DetailsPaper on door and cover for Lockdown is a permanent fixture on the door. These are Fire Code violations. The cover for Lockdown should be near the door but not on it unless in Lockdown, since doors serve as a fire break and affixing combustibles completely ifies the fire rating of the door.
