Corrective Action	Caretaker/Principal - Resolution - do what you can to ensure this area/room is accessible to the OH&S inspector at next inspection. If no specific Resolution is required, enter, NO ACTION required.
Corrective Action Taken	The door is unlocked and very easily accessible for inspection. Just needs a twist of the door handle and door will open for inspection. Washroom is out of service because of missing faucet and in need of repairs. Notification 13965746 for new faucet and trap has been put in the system on Nov 08.
