Health & Safety Issue Details	Blocking an electrical panel violates the Ontario Fire Code (2.4.1.1) and Ontario Electrical Safety Code (2-308), which require a 1-meter clearance for safe access. Obstructions must be removed immediately to ensure compliance and safety.
