Health & Safety Issue Observed	extinguisher - tag missing or annual inspection more than 3 months overdue
Health & Safety Issue Details	No tag on fire extinguisher - also in the interest of not having the unit fall out of the alcove it is advised that the unit be remounted back onto the wall. A small hole seen in the image behind the extinguisher indicates that it may once may be mounted to the wall.
