Health & Safety Issue Details	1. Electrical outlets on the floor are raised and are a tripping hazard. There are around 7 outlets that need to be capped.2. Electrical wiring exposed on the floor with no junction box visible. Wiring needs to be removed and capped.3. Garage door - wood is decaying and students can enter the school by pressing in the panels.
