Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The cloth used to cover the door window for Lockdown should not be a permanent fixture on the door. It should be close to the door and only used during a Lockdown. Otherwise, it poses a hazard to staff and students should a fire break out.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	Doors and windows are currently clear, issues previously remedied. Lockdown cover had been rolled up and stored accordingly
