Health & Safety Issue Observed	anti-slip strips missing
Health & Safety Issue Details	Anti-slip strips required at drill presses - see photo. The ones there are waxed over and consequently of no value. Plus, they don't line up with the workspace of either drill.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for non-slip tape be applied to floor in front of machines in tech shops. These can be purchased by your FTL. If issue raised in a food prep/kitchen contact Food & Nutrition Services.
Corrective Action Taken	This will be resolved by the end of the semester as the floor needs to be painted.
