Health & Safety Issue Details	Materials and tools sit in pan filled with water. This inspector assumes the tray is for dissections as evident by the material on the bottom to pin specimens down. Advised materials such as these not be left uncleaned and that water not be left to pond or pool in sinks as it could attract pests and bacteria.
