Health & Safety Issue Details	Combustible materials, such as paper, must not be attached to either the front or back of doors, as this constitutes a violation of the Fire Code. According to the Fire Code and TDSB Guidelines, fire-rated doors cannot have any combustibles affixed to them. Additionally, any paper used to cover door windows for lockdown purposes should not be a permanent installation.
