Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on back of door. Fire Code violation. The paper/cover used for Lockdown should not be a permanent fixture on the door. It should be kept close to the door but not kept on it.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
