Health & Safety Issue Details	Unable to locate Fire Route Exit Sign at any of the exits in the gym. The yellow sign is important because it lets occasional teaching staff where to go in case of an emergency after leaving the gym. Please ensure that both the primary and alternate fire route exits are listed on the yellow sign. Thanks.

Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
