Health & Safety Issue Observed	evidence of pests (interior or exterior), be as specific as possible.
Health & Safety Issue Details	Mice and flying insects are in the room. This outside door needs to be kept closed at all times.This is an environmentally controlled school and the doors and windows need to be closed at all times to make the air control system function properly. This will also work toward controlling the infestation issues.

Corrective Action	Head Caretaker has spoken to teachers on several occasions , teacher are educated but have a problem with listening to instructions. Head Caretaker and Principal has spoken to teachers and was assured that this will not happen again.
