Health & Safety Issue Observed	extension cord/power bar - inappropriate use of extension cord/power bar (be specific)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cords in use. Some are even connected to one another. This is a fire hazard and Electrical Code violation. Simplest solution: unplug cord at the end of each day. Notice for Principal: Please remind staff that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring, and if there's no other choice but to use them throughout the day, they will need to be unplugged at the end of each working day. The other option is to use a longer powerbar with surge protection (instead of the extension cord). See photo.
