Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	It is highly recommended to post a Staff Directory at each and every phone, even if the info is found in the OT emergency folder. At the very least, the Main Office extension should be posted at each phone. This is in case of an emergency situation when an Itinerant or Occasional Teacher is in the room and do not have the emergency folder with them. They may not know what the Main Office extension is, as they are different for schools.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
