Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring. Notice for Principal: Please remind staff that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring, and if there is no other choice but to use them throughout the day, they will need to be unplugged at the end of each working day. Also, the cord is a potential trip hazard. Solutions: unplug cord at the end of each day or use a long powerbar; use a cord cover throughout the day to mitigate the trip hazard of the cord.
