Health & Safety Issue Observed	evidence of pests (interior or exterior), be as specific as possible.
Health & Safety Issue Details	Evidence of pest (mice droppings) present in the classroom, teacher and caretaker are advice to keep area clean and disinfected, if necessary work order for pest control (Orkin) can be put in place to eliminate the pests related issue.

Corrective Action Taken	Orkin has been attending Wedgewood on a regular basis since the fall of 2022. Orkin was onsite during the last week of August and will return in approximately one week.
