Percy Alfred Williams, (1908 – 1982) was a Canadian athlete. At age 20, he qualified at races in Canadian trials and was sent out to the 1928 Olympics in Amsterdam. He won the 100 meter and 200 meter races. In 1979 he was made an Officer of the Order of Canada.
