Coloured Alert Boxes - Title Area

Module Name: AlertBoxes

How to Use:

1. Add the module to the page
2. Click "New" button to open popup
   1. Add alert details
   2. Optionally set the Start and/or End dat
3. Click "Save" button to save the alert

Scheduled and Expired alerts will not be displayed to public. They are only displayed in the Edit Mode.
