Chat Session in progess
The chat session will take place in a new browser window.
The chat window may not open if you have pop-ups blocker turned on.
On a Windows PC, a warning would appear along the top of your browser:
- To enable the chat, click on the warning and choose Always allow pop-ups from this site from the menu that appears. Then, click Chat with an Agent to start a new chat session.
On a Macintosh running Safari:
- With Safari open, click the Safari menu and choose Preferences
- Select the "Websites" tab at the top of the Preferences window
- Select "Pop-up Windows" and then select "allow" from the drop-down menu
Otherwise, please follow instructions applicable to you Safari version to allow pop-ups from this site.
You may need to submit your chat request again.
