Toronto District School Board

The Toronto District School Board and Toronto Catholic District School Board are experiencing school bus delays. In particular, parents of students who use Attridge Transportation, Wheelchair Accessible Transit or Sharp Bus Lines should expect significant delays and the possibility that some buses may not be running due to an unanticipated bus driver shortage. We are working to fix this issue as soon as possible.

da Vinci School (GR. JK-06)

da Vinci School is an alternative public school within the Toronto District School Board. We opened in September, 2009 and currently go from JK- Grade 5. We plan to add Grade 6 in September, 2012. We are located on the third floor of Lord Lansdowne Public School, 33 Robert Street, near College and Spadina.
The approach of the da Vinci school is inspired by Waldorf education and follows many of the teachings of Rudolf Steiner. We follow the Ontario Ministry of Education curriculum, teaching through narrative with a focus on art, music, and nature.
“Our highest endeavor must be to develop free human beings who are able of themselves to impart purpose and direction to their lives.”
Rudolf Steiner
