Charles Gordon Senior P.S. is located near the intersection of Lawrence and Midland Avenues. The school opened in 1970 and is named after Charles William Gordon (1860 - 1937), a noted Canadian author who composed numerous works under the pen name of Ralph Connor.

The school provides regular English programming for approximately 250 students who reside in the immediate attendance area. The school is also a site for Extended French programming. An additional 200 students, most of whom live outside the immediate community, participate in this program.
