As the 2024-25 budget process continues, there are several important meetings upcoming and we encourage parents/guardians/caregivers, staff, and the wider community to learn more and engage in the budget process.
On Tuesday, March 19 at the Finance, Budget, and Enrolment Committee (FBEC) Meeting, staff presented the options to balance the 2024-25 budget. Read the full report online. The FBEC meetings on Tuesday, March 26 and Wednesday, March 27 were for public delegations.
On Tuesday, April 2, staff will present recommendations on the 2024-25 operating budget at FBEC. A Special Board Meeting is scheduled for Thursday, April 4 for approval of the 2024-25 operating budget.
