Ahead of Halloween, students from Bloor Collegiate Institute competed with Toronto Police Service officers at the new Community Safety Hub in Dufferin Mall for the 2026 Pumpkin Challenge.
The event offered students an opportunity to get creative and connect with local officers at the new Hub, which provides a welcoming space for police to engage with residents, youth and families. Students and officers put on gloves and worked together to build a partnership to winning the pumpkin medal! (see below)
