Robin Pilkey Acclaimed TDSB Chair

Robin Pilkey has been acclaimed Chair of the Toronto District School Board during this evening’s annual Organizational Board meeting. Trustee Chris Moise was elected to the position of Vice Chair.


Chair Pilkey, who was also acclaimed Chair last December, was first elected as Trustee for Parkdale-High Park in the fall of 2014. A Chartered Professional Accountant, Pilkey currently serves on the TDSB Audit Committee. Prior to her election as Trustee, she chaired the parent advisory committees at Swansea Public School and Western Technical-Commercial School.


Chris Moise was first elected as Trustee for Toronto Centre-Rosedale in June of 2016. A long-time resident in his community, Moise works at St. Michael's Hospital and owns a pet supply business in the St. Lawrence Market area. Since joining the Board, he has served on the Program and School Services Committee and the Inner City Task Force. He is also Chair of the Board of the Canadian Coalition of Youth Councils.
