Health & Safety Issue Details	Caretaker at the time of inspection indicated that a previous inspector had sited the lack of eyewash station in the boiler room. At the time of this inspection there was still no installed eyewash station. Caretaker on site at time of inspection indicated that a work order was submitted however they were awaiting the installation
