Health & Safety Issue Details	Extension cord used as permanent wiring at LCD projector. Notice for Principal: Please remind staff that extension cords cannot be used as permanent wiring, and if there's no other choice but to use them throughout the day, they will need to be unplugged at the end of each working day. Also the cord is a potential trip hazard. Two solutions: unplug cord at the end of each day; and use a wire trough throughout the day. See photo.
