Health & Safety Issue Details	Boiler No 2 has inadequate task lighting and existing ceiling fixture is inaccessible for maintenance. Suggest new accessible fixture on wall as was done for Boiler 1, and then disconnect the old ceiling fixture to prevent fluorescent tubes flickering.
