Health & Safety Issue Observed	insufficient means of communication (ie: PA, radio, etc.)
Health & Safety Issue Details	During Lunch hour, adult not present in office. Children answering phones. Inspector spoke with Principal who was divided between adjacent lunch room and office. Insufficient staff.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	We were extremely short staffed. I have implemented a plan to have one of the PORs cover the office at lunch if or when we are in that situation again.
