Health & Safety Issue Details	Principal's copy of the AMP Binder has no documentation whatsoever in either the Site Records or Records of Acknowledgement tabs. There is no evidence that the Site Supervisor, as part of their duties under the Occupational Health and Safety Act, monitors any DC&M or contractor work done at the worksite which might disturb Asbestos Containing Materials.
