Health & Safety Issue Details	Please arrange for all Staff, including the Lunch Room Supervisors, to be at Staff Meetings.

Corrective Action	Principal to review with Family Team Leader to ensure a communication plan is in place. PA's and telephones are not required in 'service rooms'.
Corrective Action Taken	I don't understand this hazard. We have walkie talkies and internal phones. Not sure what else is required.There have been no staff meetings under the work-to-rule
