Corrective Action	Principal to arrange for new Fire Exits placards (9951). Additional copies can be obtained through the Distribution Centre. This is a TDSB Practice, not a violation of the Fire Code.
Corrective Action Taken	Placed an order for a new Fire Exits placards for the health room on September 13th. This has been used a storage space and exit door is through the main office and therefore, it never had a fire exit placards.
