Corrective Action	Principal to review requirements with staff that doors must be locked at all times. If repairs are required, work with the caretaker.
Corrective Action Taken	Email sent to remind all teacher to keep door locked.Email sent to caretaker to check lock is properly working and put in notification if it needs repair.Email sent to teachers to ensure they have the key, obtain the key fro. The office before and after use. An email sent to caretaker to cut keys if necessary and that a key be left in the office for teacher sign out.
