Corrective Action	Principal to ensure that required Personal Protective Equipment is available and accessible to affected workers. For classroom workers it can be obtained by contacting the Health & Safety Office, for facilities based workers, contact the Family Team
Corrective Action Taken	Pads for the defibrillator have arrived. Battery has been ordered but has yet to be delivered. Caretaker will be installing the new battery and pads for the defibrillator when the battery arrives.
