Health & Safety Issue Details	In an attempt to avoid a potential trip and fall, extension cord has been tucked under the rug. It is now a possible fire hazard. Kindly add a bump to cover potential trip hazard.

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	Teacher needs to place the projector in a location where she can plug it into the wall at a closer location so that it is no longer a tripping hazard.
