Health & Safety Issue Details	5 Circ Pumps are inadequately guarded. H.C. put in a notification for this issue a couple of years back, but seemingly a Work Order has not been generated yet. The Employees have noted the hazard and now the responsibility falls back to the Employer to mitigate the hazard.
