Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on door and windows at door. Fire Code violation. Paper/covering for Lockdown should not be permanently affixed to door. The windows beside the door serve as a fire break. With combustibles affixed, the fire break is ineffective.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20 % of walls.
