Health & Safety Issue Observed	guarding or shielding not in place
Health & Safety Issue Details	Guarding insufficient on 2 units. As per MoL and TDSB standards, fingers should not be able to pass through fan guarding. This is not something that can be grandfathered over and must be correct to make the units as safe as possible. It appears as though the last notifications put in for this work was back in the summer of 2021. It's probably safe to presume that those notification numbers have been swiped and new ones will have to be generated unfortunately. The SAP numbers are as follows for the units requiring attention: Fan Exh SHOP 10002068, Fan Exh SHOP 10002078---this Fan Exh also has an exposed driveshaft end (aka nipple") that requires guarding.
