Health & Safety Issue Details	There are numerous extension cords and powerbars used in this room. Some are daisy-chained too. Because the outlets are quite a distance from the keyboards and whatnot, it would be ideal to install electrical drops. Failing that, unplugging everything at the outlet at the end of the day will suffice too. See photo

Corrective Action	Principal and Caretaker to purchase necessary materials or reconfigure wiring. If repair work is necessary, generate SAP Notification (record the number).
Corrective Action Taken	The principal has instructed the teacher in charge of the room to remove the hazard, unplug at the end of the day, and a notification for electrical wiring is pending.
