Health & Safety Issue Details	One of the carts only has 3 side lips - see photo. This cart should be taken out of service because it's not safe to use for storing or transporting chemicals or glassware.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure the Curriculum Leader obtains new equipment or disposes of carts that do not meet TDSB requirements for the transportation of chemicals. Additional information is available on the Science Safety webpage.
Corrective Action Taken	A four sided cart has been ordered to replace the cart identified in the Chemistry prep area.
