Health & Safety Issue Observed	damaged surface (ie: wall, ceiling, flashing, drywall, flooring, stairs)
Health & Safety Issue Details	The flooring in this shop is in need of attention. The educator in this tech classroom is extremely knowledgeable in this trade and expressed that the floor is in need of repair. The floor is evidently uneven in places which is resulting in ponding and pooling of water etc. A painting and sealing of the floor is advised. In addition, sealing the floor would allow for lighting to reflect of the floor resulting in better lighting under the cars.
