Health & Safety Issue Observed	display(s) not within TDSB standards as outlined by OH&S and Standards & Compliance (ie; artwork, hanging displays, paper on walls)
Health & Safety Issue Details	Paper on door - Fire Code violation. No combustibles should be affixed to door (or door window) because this compromises the fire rating of the door and puts staff and students at risk during a fire emergency with the door being the only exit point from the classroom. If the paper on the door window is for Lockdown, it should not be permanently affixed to the door but placed near the door to be used when a Lockdown is in effect.

Corrective Action	Principal to ensure doors and windows are clear of artwork. Displays are not hanging from ceiling or fixtures and are not covering more than 20% of walls. This is a Fire Code Violation.
Corrective Action Taken	The ACL has been notified by the Principal for remediation.
